Part Time HR Officer (Flexible working hours)
Leeds
GBP25000 -GBP32,000 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Officer to join a growing organisation based in the Leeds area.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in a similar type role ideally coupled with a HR qualification.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of general HR duties and must be able to work independently. You will need extensive knowledge of employment law and be able to keep up to date with changes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for HR queries
* Supporting employees and coaching line managers on HR related matters
* Database maintenance and updates storing employee information
* Involved in the recruitment and selection process - Reviewing and shortlisting CVs for line management, processing starters and leavers
* Liaising with recruitment agencies and outside professionals
* Arranging interviews and sending out invites
* Sending out routine correspondence regarding HR matters
* Sickness and absence monitoring
* Working on various projects
* Expenses
