This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are operating as an employment business.
Our client based in Newark is one of the leading repair centres in Europe, where high end customer products are repaired for one of the largest high street retailers in the country and they are looking to expand their team and are looking for a scheduling administrator to join their team.
Main purpose of the role is providing a general administrative support service to the Planning Team. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate with a wide range of people both face-to-face and over the telephone. You will have the ability to work within a team as well as the confidence to work using your own initiative.
Working effectively under pressure, you will need to have the ability to multi-task and sometimes working to conflicting demands. High levels of IT skills are essential
Qualifications
• Must be P.C. literate and work well under pressure
• Delivery experience helpful
• Geographical knowledge of the East Midlands

Working hours will be 1:30pm - 10:45pm working 5 days on and 3 days off which will rotate. This will include working every other weekend.
