Your role
You'll be focusing on new and used cars, matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit in their new car. Making used cars feel as exciting as new when customers walk into the showroom. You'll also look to generate interest from customers via promotions and marketing days. Whatever the interaction, you'll make sure that each customer feels they're unique, by understanding exactly where and how a BMW fits into their life.
From handling financing and contracts to dealing with follow-up service, you'll aim for total customer satisfaction.
Your profile
You will already have proven automotive sales experience. We also expect you to have a good general level of education and a driving licence, plus the tenacity and commitment to realise your full potential.
