BMW Group Retail
Working in BMW Group Retail is an altogether different experience to any other career you might have known - in or outside the automotive world. There's the passion our team have for the Group's world-famous brands. The collective pride in the quality of our design, technology and engineering. The satisfaction of giving every customer an exceptional experience. And a sense of excitement about the future and what it holds.
Welcome to the future of automotive retail
We aspire to remain the leading brand in the UK motorcycle market and be first for customer satisfaction. Our close-knit team of Technicians has a crucial part to play: getting our customers' bikes back on the open road as quickly as possible. There's a strong connection between our Technicians and our customers. Just imagine spending every day with people who share your passion for BMW bikes.
Our training is industry-leading, so anything you don't know now, you soon will. We'll also ensure that you get the support and opportunities to make the most of your future with us.
Your role
Working on the electrical and mechanical systems for our range of bikes, every day will be packed with variety. You'll inspect components for wear and tear, carry out technical maintenance and repair or replace parts, as well as verifying vehicle functions and their subsystems.
Your profile
You'll need technical or vocational training in a relevant environment, plus a motorcycle licence. The ideal candidate will have experience in a workshop environment, whether that's with cars or bikes.
We'll also expect you to be a team player who's continually focused on the needs of customers.
Rewards
Your hard work will be rewarded with a pension scheme, access to use Motorrad products, free on-site parking, access to bespoke training courses at the state of the art BMW Training Academy and a globally recognised BMW accreditation and certification.
