Customer Service Advisors
Permanent, GBP9.36 per hour
Start Date: 29th October
Location: Leeds City Centre (Close proximity to Leeds Train Station)
Hours: Full Time, Annualised Hours (35, 37?? & 40 hrs per week)
Flexi Shift Patterns: 7am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday
INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD ON THE 25TH, 26TH AND 27TH SEPTEMBER IN LEEDS CITY CENTRE
Do you have a talent for talking to people and a flair for providing exceptional customer service?
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling customer enquiries by telephone, using appropriate questioning to understand the customers individual needs across a range of banking products.
Don't worry if you don't have previous telephone based customer service experience, if you have experience of offering fantastic customer service in other sectors such as retail or hospitality, you will get all the training you need to ease you into a telephone based role.
What is essential is your enthusiasm, your genuine desire to always exceed the customer's expectations and your ability to build natural customer rapport.
