Our client, a Trader based in Mayfair are looking for a Junior level HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis initially for 2 to 3 months with the likelihood of becoming permanent.

This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm but you will need to be willing to occasionally work later as necessary.

If you are a pro-active, team player and flexible person who wishes to work in a HR International Environment, this job could be for you.

You will be in charge of all administrative tasks related to the HR Department including and not limited to:

  • Maintain personnel files, the HR database and spreadsheets for various reports.
  • Support relocation of international employees by helping them find accommodation, schools, doctors etc.
  • Prepare reports for head office including starter/ leaver information
  • Keep up to date records of all migrant employees to comply with the immigration rules.
  • Recruitment: deal with recruitment agents, placing job adverts, review and record CVs, organise interviews,
  • Training: get necessary approvals for training, book training courses and liaise with employee to monitor attendance and feedback.
  • Monitor and record any absences from the office
  • Keep the internal Intranet system up to date
  • Prepare standard contracts and offer letters
  • Organising and carrying out inductions for new starters
  • Produce standard letters for employees
  • Deal with any ad hoc queries from employees
  • Cover reception and other secretarial work as is necessary

Key competencies:

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of dealing with highly sensitive/confidential information, and with employees at all levels.
  • Keen interest in international HR and working in a diverse team.

Language skills:

  • Essential: English (business level)
  • Desirable: French
