Do you want to work in a fully autonomous role in a forward thinking Recruitment company?
A Business Development Manager is required at White Recruitment based in Hilsea, Portsmouth.
As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will have experience in B2B sales, marketing mapping and face to face sales and a successful track record of winning high spend customers.
Business Development experience is essential. B2B within an Engineering, Manufacturing or HVAC industry desirable.
The role
Lead Generation
* To identify, track and follow up on job leads
* Marketing and speccing of active candidates
Business Development
* Develop and expand upon existing relationships
* Win spot business deals
* Identify opportunities and request testimonials
* Lead on proposal writing
* Conduct market mapping, customer & candidate heat maps and competitor analysis
The Package
* Salary from GBP25-30k, OTE GBP45k
* Hours 8.30-5.30
