BS Social Care is working alongside a reputable employer in their search for a permanent Residential Home Manager in Gosforth. We're after someone who has a drive to succeed, and wants to create a caring space that puts the needs of the residents and its users first.

As the Residential Home Manager of this assisted living service, you will be liaising with internal and external parties to create a warm and welcoming environment, which allows the service users to get the most of their community. You will have the ultimate say in the day to day running of the assisted living space, and will be responsible for supervising and supporting the staff teams within the development. It will be essential that compliance guidelines are followed in line with CQC regulations and that regular assessment of the resident's requirements are updated. Finally, you will play a key part in promoting the domiciliary services available to residents and to other potential service users.

You will have
- Level 5 QCF in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
- Experience of working with and managing a team
