Recruitment Resourcer

IDPP Consulting is looking to build on it's already impressive history of 18 years in business. We currently specialise in Technology and Telecoms recruitment although other sectors are not off limits in the future, 2019 will be a great year to join the business and establish yourself in this experienced and fast paced company.

Ideally you will have knowledge of the recruitment industry but it's certainly not a prerequisite, we're looking for people with big personalities, who are serious about starting a long term career in a people based role.

This opportunity is for a trainee consultant or an individual dedicated to progressing in a career in recruitment. After 6 months becoming a 360 Recruitment Consultant is the goal.To be considered for this Resourcer role, you'll need to be a strong natural communicator and team player. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Sales, Customer Service or similar environments.

What the role involves:

Hunting and searching for new candidates via job boards, databases etc

Identifying, assessing and interviewing all candidates who reach interview stages

Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face

Updating our database where necessary and managing a relevant hotlist of specific candidate sectors

Online job board and general diary management

IDPP is based just 2 minutes walk from Victoria station and we have plenty of facilities onsite such as gym, restaurants, M&S etc.

GBP22k to GBP25k basic + commission + bonus OTE of GBP38k
