Head of Non Catastrophe Exposure Management
Accountabilities:
Individual
- Develop and implement an enterprise Cyber exposure control framework
- Develop and implement an enterprise RDS framework for peak clash accumulations
- Develop and implement an enterprise Non Nat Cat exposure capture process and accumulation platform
- Build, implement, and maintain internal and external reporting requirements (eg management, risk management committees, rating agencies, regulators, etc.)
- Support the analytics required for establishing risk appetite, risk funding, and business planning within the London Market
Shared
- Optimize Non Nat Cat underwriting capital and capacity
- Accurate and timely reporting of non Nat Cat analytics
- Inputs into other processes (eg Capital model, ceded strategy, business planning, risk management etc.)
Success Metrics:
- Implement a Cyber exposure control framework and strategy
- Completion of quarterly analysis and reporting
- Implement exposure control management systems, RDS, and view of risk for non Nat Cat
- Improve return on risk and volatility of the Cyber portfolio
Key Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's):
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and direct the execution of organizational goals, objectives, and complex processes; beyond immediate team, build relationships across an organization, work with a diverse group of personalities at all levels of an organization, and lead change;
- Superior technical background in risk management and actuarial subject matter within the London Market
- Experience with implementing portfolio steering analytics and processes and accumulation and exposure management systems
- London Market experience would be an advantage
