Fulfillment Client Executive

A role in medical recruitment for someone who enjoys working in a close, results driven team. The successful candidate will likely be someone who is comfortable engaging with people, inspiring them to work for the company.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:

* Proatively seeking to generate candidates

* Contacting clients to obtain feedback on existing candidates

* Identifying and escalating any overdue unfilled vacancies

* Assuring that candidates are compliant to all relevant legal regulations, medical and otherwise

* Understand and contribute to conversations about client specifications and role requirements

* Other duties as required

The successful candidate will be:

* Team and goal oriented - offering support to colleagues for the betterment of overall results

* Be able to work under their own supervision

* Have great attention to detail as the accuracy of data in is vital in the medical world

* Communicative - confident in speaking to people at all levels, both within and without the business
