COMBINING YOUR EFFECTIVE BRANCH MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SKILLS TO DRIVE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE AND GROWTH
Our Client is an established, profitable and growing GBPmulti-million T/O Group, servicing a UK wide customer base focused to the home improvement market sector.
With a strategic plan to implement business growth, from an effective, profitable and expanding Branch Network, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a capable Branch Manager, operating from Winsford, to join the organisation and be focused to the effective management of service delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.
This will include the allocation and management of day to day activities, to ensure 'on time in full' delivery of Customer requirements, as well as managing Business Processes, Procurement, Stores Management and Branch Administration support, in order to effectively deliver optimum operational performance and profitability and develop long term Customer Lifetime Value.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will also report activity for the Branch Operations and attend Management Meetings on a regular basis in order to report on and input to Company Strategic Business Objectives and the effective operational delivery against KPI targets.
You will be an experienced Manager and people developer, who is able to effectively manage, develop and improve Business performance and who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced business environment. You will be able to develop strong and effective personal relationships with a wide variety of people and if you have experience of the Building or home improvement sector or associated trades, this would be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
