How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

Working in a small friendly office, you will be busy with lots of different activities from handling phone calls, liaising with clients, organising meetings, managing the information systems, undertaking research tasks and working on projects alongside the Directors, coaches and support team.

Roughly 50% of this role is general admin, the other 50% is completely open and can range from helping with the marketing department, in particular the PR side of the business (a previous employer in this position wrote a piece for the firm which was published in the guardian!). This is a great opportunity to get involved in many areas of the company, and the client will be there to help develop you.

The ideal candidate's personality and qualifications:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an efficient and versatile administrator with great interpersonal skills to join a very highly regarded career management company. Their job is to help their clients "Love Monday Mornings" and the administrator will play a key part in supporting the work of the team to help these transformations.

Ideally you will need to be a graduate, highly organised, very customer focused and have great IT and written communication skills. You will also need to bring energy, a willingness to learn, high standards of professionalism and great team spirit.

This opportunity would also suit a car driver or someone who lives locally as public transport to the office is more limited.
