Location: Kettering

Summary
Working with Paul Mitchell Associates, our Client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. A successful group of companies operating across the East Midlands, the Client is looking for an experienced assistant accountant to assist with the following duties:


Job Duties
*Bookkeeping,
*Inputting Sales & Purchase Invoices,
*Processing payments & receipts,
*Complete bank reconciliations,
*Journals,
*Construction Industry Scheme,
*General administration: filing, answering telephone & receiving visitors when needed.

Reporting to: Group Accountant


Requirements
*Proven Accounts Assistant & Bookkeeping experience within industry,
*Education Level: Ideally AAT Level or QBE.
*Work effectively as part of a team & communicate efficiently with others,
*Manage your allocated work, prioritise & operate in a structured manner,
*Experience & knowledge of VAT,
*Essential Systems: Hands-on experience with Sage 50, MS Excel, CIS.


Package
*Appointment Type: Permanent
*Salary: up to £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (subject to experience)
*Hours: Full-time Mon-Thu 8:30am - 5:00pm & Fri 8:30 - 4:30 (30mins lunch)
*Holiday: 20 Days + STAT
*Pension
*Parking on Site
