We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Administrator for a fabulous Housing Association in Swansea City centre.
The Role Involves:
- Assisting with the monitoring of the Compliance service
- Liaising with contractors on relevant work processes
- Administer the relevant databases and systems, ensuring all information is recorded accurately
- Ensure Risk Assessments, Audit reports and servicing documents are entered into the system
- Update the asbestos register as required
- Provide cover for other roles within the Asset Management Service function
- Provide general administration to the Asset Management function including filing, photocopying, scanning, collation and archiving of information and property records
The role is a Monday to Friday structure and is paid £10 p/hour
