We are also a growing and increasingly complex social business with a turnover of £50m, and a further £50m a year spent on building new homes.

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to undertake all aspects of building maintenance work from minor repairs to larger one-off projects; including the use of Raven’s on line repairs scheduling system. Within this role, you will carry out routine responsive jobbing repairs to occupied properties, plan, coordinate and undertake larger one-off projects and complete daily work orders via a handheld computer, requesting variations to work and requesting further work.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry and other Trades. You will hold City and Guilds Trade qualification or equivalent and have the ability to use modern communication technology. Using your own initiative you will have the ability to resolve site based repairs queries, ensuring customers are fully satisfied with the repairs outcome and have a good understanding of health and safety and how it applies to the role.
