• Hours per week:
  4 on 2 off, covering a verity of shifts including weekends Bank holidays and occasional night shifts.

Job Description:

Ensuring that all Security duties are carried out to the satisfaction of the Client and in line with Company Assignment Instructions. 

To carry out all duties with a Word class Customer Service focus. To act as an ambassador for VSG and the client at all times acting in a professional manner in order to deliver service excellence.

•    Ensure the safe and secure operation of all operational activities on behalf of all stakeholders.
• Ensure that all legislative and VSG /  Compass operational procedures , Assignment Instructions and standards are applied to provide a consistent and safe service and product for all VSG / Compass employees and customers
• All HSE incidents reported through the appropriate channels

Essential Experience

• Previous Industry experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective people management skills
• SIA Licence applicable to the role
• Good verbal and written skills
• IT Literate
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Proven track record working towards KPI’s and SLA’s
• Experience of incident identification, obtaining evidence, resolution and recommendation
• First Aid qualification
