A Trainer with sales training experience is required by a fast growing service provider to provide quality, cost effective technical and soft skills training to sales and customer service personnel with a contact centre environment.

Your responsibilities will include

-Being responsible for all soft skill and technical induction training for new starters, ensuring that their skills and knowledge are enhanced to maximise customer service and sales in line with company values
-Working with key stakeholders to implement the training strategy which supports the delivery of company priorities and meets the operational requirements
-Ensuring that newly recruited agents are suitably equipped and motivated to make a significant contribution to the business
-Creating and delivering Training solutions to meet the requirements of employees in a customer facing role
-Constructing training documents for new product and process launches and deliver or communicate across the business as appropriate
-Creating, updating and delivering Technical and Soft Skill Training in line with business requirements (including Sales and Enhanced Sales Techniques, Closing the Sale, Influencing Skills, Objection Handling, Negotiation, Dealing with Customers) using a variety of different Training methods and delivery solutions
-Coaching and developing employees to achieve consistent performance
-Updating and maintaining all training records and systems
-Following up on all training
-Ensuring the effectiveness of training and continually improve as necessary

You will be an experienced Trainer with strong sales and customer service training development and delivery experience. Any previous experience of contact centre / call centre training would be advantageous but is not essential. You will have proven experience of delivering training sessions and presentations to large groups. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential
