Are you an experienced Biochemist looking for an exciting new role? Then read on. We are working with a prestigious organisation who are looking for a professional and ambitious Biochemist to join their team in Manchester.

Key responsibilities
*Undertake the production of PT/EQA test samples and the associated quality control assessments
*Maintain laboratory records and documents according to current procedures
*Monitor and prioritise work according to production and reporting deadlines
*Conform to laboratory and company health and safety procedures and prepare COSHH assessments
*Actively identify areas for improvement, with respect to laboratory efficiency, productivity and quality
*Control stock and purchase of laboratory consumables
*Contribute to achievement of current team and individual objectives
*Carry out additional duties, tasks, as directed, that are commensurate with the role and position.
