We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to champion our Refreshments Kiosk at Hexham Station.  The Kiosk is open from Monday – Fridays between 07.00-14.00 and is staffed by our Catering Supervisor, sessional Volunteers and by adults with learning disabilities who attend Journey’s day services.

Journey Enterprises is a local charity which was founded by parents of young people with learning disability and complex needs 30 years ago.  Launched in Northumberland we now operate across the north east.  

The Charity provides life-skills and employability training for young people and adults with intellectual disability. Clients play a key part in the success of local enterprise initiatives, using the experience as a stepping stone to employment.  

Our ideal applicant(s) must have experience of catering services in a retail environment and have some awareness of learning disabilities.
