Our client a busy franchised dealership Near Tamworth Staffordshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team.
As a Service Advisor your duties will include greeting customers in a prompt and courteous manner, checking in customer vehicle arrivals, liaising with the workshop to provide customers with timely progress updates, sell and advise on additional work required, sell various retention products and provide a first class handover with full invoice explanation.
Previous Service Advisor or motor trade experience is essential, and you must hold a full UK driving license.
In return our client offer a basic salary of up to GBP23,000, excellent commission structure and on-going career development opportunities.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
