Duties and Responsibilities
This is an exciting time to join a market leading UK fulfilment company renowned for delivering customised gifting, personalisation, and fulfilment services to world leading FMCG customers and High Street and online retailers. You will be joining and a dynamic team and will need an enthusiastic approach.
As part of your role you will be expected to be responsible for the following; (including but not exclusive to)
* Build flexible service delivery solutions which are operationally efficient and effective and generate the required commercial targets
* Work with the Senior Management Team to build the Intervino business both financially and operationally
* Take lead responsibility for all our technical systems including our Order Management System
* Take lead responsibility for the onboarding of Intervino clients
* Work with FMCG clients and third party providers to integrate, and provide high quality e-commerce solutions
* Establish and maintain management reporting systems and provide data analytics as required
* Manage the payment gateway integration with finance via PayPal and complete compliance for e-commerce platforms and advise on appropriate GDPR matters
* Assist the Client Services Director with preparing customer reports
* Line manage the Customer Services Team ensuring our QA standards are achieved and report to the Client Services Director as needed
* Prepare all required reports and documentation for customer orders
* Assist on raising Purchase Orders within our system for stock and confirm delivery of items and agree to delivery note and purchase invoice
* Provide support to FMCG team on new projects by way of assisting to procure items and providing practical support where needed
* Work with the Finance team on financial matters and Stock Management
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Essential requirements
* Knowledge of Order Management Systems and other technical systems such as Veeqo or equivalent FMS system
* Strong IT knowledge of both software and hardware integrations and ability to confidently to liaise with customers, staff, web developers and other IT professionals
* Knowledge / ability to build workflows
* Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Accuracy and good attention to detail
* A positive and flexible attitude
* English literate
* The ability to manage targets
* The ability to manage and report on quality control
Desirable requirements
* Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo-Commerce and others
* Knowledge of the gifting/fulfillment/FMCG industry
* Full driving license
Physical Requirements
* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with agreed job description and duties
* Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
* Reasonable fitness level
