Senior Architectural Technician, GBP30-40K DOE, Birmingham
An Architectural and Interior Design consultancy specialising in hospitality and commercial projects has a new opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician. With offices internationally this company has a large client base and is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician with Project Management skills to join their vibrant team.
If you have a passion for design, strong technical skills and previous experience in the hospitality industry then this could be the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and interior design and detailing using AutoCAD
- Liaising with professionals from multiple backgrounds and across teams, including contacting local authorities, clients and consultants
- Business development, making new contacts within the hospitality industry
- Working on interior design projects from brief to completion
- Supervise the work of Junior Technicians, assisting with their development
Experience:
- Confident AutoCAD user
- Previous experience working within the hospitality design
- Experience working on site
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant qualification in Architecture or Interior Architectural Design
- Project Management capabilities
- Flair for design in the hospitality industry
