Assistant Building Surveyor - Public Sector & Education

My client is looking to expand their team and looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Teddington office working predominately in the Higher Education and Residential Sector however there will be elements of Public Sector, health-care and retails/leisure

You will be joining a team of 6 however this is soon to grow over the coming months.

The role;

* Traditional Building Surveying (Party Walls, dilapidation's, contract admin)
* Refurbishment works
* Defect diagnostics
* Assisting the seniors with day to day

Requirements

* Degree educated in a relevant field
* Desire to become chartered
* Building Surveying experience advantageous however not essential
* Can do and positive attitude
