Manufacturing Shift Manager - Leading pharmaceutical manufacturing business - annual salary of up to GBP40,000
Your new company

They have recently grown their portfolio in the acquisition of the Bristol Site and are now seeking to employ a Senior Manufacturing Manager to further enhance their existing manufacturing team.
The fundamental objective of the site in Bristol is to provide a world-class, customer-oriented outsourced manufacturing operation. The Bristol Site is a Top-Tier COMAH facility, safety and GMP compliance are fundamental expectations of the site and its people.
Your new role
The Manufacturing Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing activities at the Bristol Site (a 24/7 operation) are delivered in a compliant, yet timely manner. You will recruit, train and develop a team of Shift Managers that are tasked with the delivery of manufacturing operations within a range of facilities across site. What you'll need to succeed
You will have wide experience at a First Line Management level within a regulated manufacturing environment, likely to be Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Medical Devices or FMCG business. You will have direct leadership responsibility for a team of Production Technicians who are tasked with the delivery of manufacturing operations within a range of facilities across site.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from Executives to customers and operational staff. You will be able to demonstrate focus on delivery whilst maintaining high levels of compliance.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be paid an annual salary of up to GBP40,000 including a generous Shift Disturbance Allowance and be entitled to a number of company benefits.
