We have great team in place and due to further expansion, we are now looking for like minded individuals to continue the strong team atmosphere and help generate new revenue for the company. The role is very varied, and may include:

•Meetings to discuss targets and jobs to work on.
•Canvassing a geographical area to find new jobs to fill.
•Making contact with clients to confirm requirements and update on progress.
•Attending meetings with clients.
•Providing clients with recruitment solutions, and discussing advertising needs.
•Interviewing and testing candidates, over the phone and face to face.
•Providing interview feedback and possibly making a job offer.
•Obtaining candidate and client feedback on the recruitment process.
•Keeping in contact with candidates until they start their new job.
•Liaising with a client to make sure they provide a safe working environment.
•Processing time sheets and paying candidates.
•Maximising territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, identifying needs and demand creation
•Generating new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals
•Converting leads to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company's solutions which differentiate us from competitors
•Working closely with sales management to prioritise opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed quota expectations
•Responding to all customer enquires quickly and manages an effective contact strategy

The successful candidate will be confident, bright and articulate and able to build rapport quickly and driven to succeed.

The ideal candidate:
•Generates qualified lead appointments and attends.
•Generates qualified trails with key stakeholders who have decision making authority
•Maintains a sales funnel of high value opportunities that meet qualification criteria
•Surpasses personal targets and possess a clear understanding of performance metrics
•Identifies new sales opportunities and lead sources through the qualification process
•Secures commitment from customers to contract and bring them on board as a customer
•Searches the database for suitable candidates.
•Strategically resourcing candidates through various methods.
•Writing job advertisements that attract the right candidates and gain maximum exposure.
•CV preparations.
•Submitting standard sales metrics, such as; weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress and business reports on a regular and timely basis
•Maintaining the CRM for opportunity and contact management

Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
•Willing to take initiative to personal development with continuous learning
•A strong ability to solve problems and think laterally
•Excellent English oral and written communication skills
•A demonstrable record of achievement in either previous position(s), or academic work.
