Head of Broker Development Team

The employer is a quality insurance business.

You will be managing a team of BDM's, each allocated a UK region in which to develop their broker panel. You will be working closely with your team to ensure targets are being hit and exceeded, offering support, training and getting involved where required (larger cases, problem solving etc.).

Although predominately office based you will be expected to attend broker meetings where required + there will be some need to attend sales meetings with the Directors in London office from time to time.

??? Based from Leeds you will work closely with the senior BDM's, operations manager and the broking team including senior placement brokers.

• Ideal applicants will have management experience (preferably gained in a dynamic new business oriented environment), a good commercial insurance background would also be very useful and some progress towards CII qualifications. ???
• ???You will be smart, professional, and a strong communicator able to lead from the front.
