Based in Hull at the Wilson Centre

18.5 hours per week - permanent

Salary: £11,793

The advice service supervisor role involves working with colleagues to manage the day to day delivery of a busy city centre service.   You will supervise a large and diverse team of paid and volunteer advisers, admin and receptionists to ensure we provide a high quality customer service.  In this role you will support advisers to offer  advice via varied service channels including face to face drop in, telephone, outreach and digital. 

In addition to the requisite advice knowledge, we are looking for commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility and good time management skills.

It will be desirable for the applicant to have previous experience of managing a team of volunteers as well as working in an advice setting.
