Search Consultancy are currently working with an established Housing Association in Manchester to source a Sheltered Scheme Manager on a temporary basis.
Duties include:
• Completing tenancy management plans with residents individually to identify support needs and ensure appropriate support is provided.
• Providing a complete housing management service and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.
• Managing the voids and lettings process, anti-social behaviour and working to reduce rental arrears.
If you have experience of working with older people and completing housing management tasks, please do not hesitate to apply for the role ASAP.
Subject to a DBS disclosure, Search Consultancy will meet the cost if you do not currently have one in place registered with the update service.
