Our client is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to help within the housing sector.
This role is a temporary position for a minimum of 6 months at a rate of £8 based in Newport City Centre.
The duties involve:
- Providing first line technical support
- Delivering customer service via telephone and email queries.
- Providing administrative support to the Technology and Business Solutions department
- Processing invoices and managing ICT contracts
- Delivering reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of using IT processes
- Awareness of operational pressures
- Understanding of technological related matters.
- within a similar role.
The successful candidate will have an interest in IT support.
