Now, they are looking for an Accounts Support Advisor to join them and provide a first-class service to their customers.

As this is a small team, you’ll have the chance to get involved with other areas of the business when you’re not answering support queries, such as helping to develop and test the company’s software.

The Role 

As an Accounts Support Advisor, you will provide a high level of support to customers using our client’s software, which enables them to manage taxable benefits and expenses. 

In this key role, you will: 

- Respond to customers’ technical support queries 
- Help customers to produce tax and payroll documentation
- From April to July, help customers to prepare information for the HMRC
- Assist with the management of our client’s accounts system, Sage 
- Ensure the accurate entry and reconciliation of invoices and payments 
- Help to test software and create help and support articles 

About You 

To be considered as an Accounts Support Advisor, you’ll need: 

- Experience with payroll and tax 
- To be AAT or ATT qualified, or studying towards this 
- Excellent communication skills 
- A great eye for detail 

Experience of Sage Accounting would be beneficial to your application.
