Full Time (35 hours per week)

We’ve embarked on an exciting journey of transformational change focused on improving customer satisfaction by providing an excellent customer experience and delivering quality services to residents.

We are recruiting a Customer Experience Team Leader who will be at the very heart of providing an excellent service to our customers.

With responsibility for the day to day operational management of our customer contact centre, you will be an excellent planner, with experience of being able to provide hands on support, leading by example, and making effective decisions to ensure excellent communication and service delivery to our customers.

We are looking for a passionate, caring and inclusive individual, who is responsive and able to build relationships quickly and effectively with internal and external customers alike.

You will be a natural leader, who acts with honesty and has a proven track record of successfully delivering and improving services for customers.

As a strong and effective leader, you will be able to inspire, motivate and coach colleagues to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional performance results.
