TMP Worldwide is one of the biggest names in the recruitment industry by being a market leading classified advertising agency with offices across the UK and we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic people to join us.

At our main Admin centre in Highams Park our teams liaise with clients via phone and email, helping them to plan their recruitment needs by giving advice and negotiating rates to place their adverts online and in the press. You will need to liaise with other areas of the business to ensure the advertising is delivered accurately and within the deadlines. It’s a busy, fast-moving environment.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for confident people, with good communication and customer service skills with a keen eye for detail. It would be advantageous if you have some sales or media experience, as part of the role is to look for upselling opportunities that would best support the clients, but it is not essential.

It probably sounds like there’s a lot to learn, but don’t worry. As long as you’ve got the basics – a great way with people, business focus and customer service experience, we’ll happily teach you the rest.
