We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Future Fraud Strategy Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes.

The Future Fraud Strategy Manager will play an active role in managing both business and fraud driven projects that have impacts on the fraud department, acting as a fraud subject matter expert, defining requirements and ensuring that product and technical designs are fit for purpose.

Furthermore the role requires involvement in proof of concepts, management of existing vendor relationships and the ability to develop 3rd party products in line with the future roadmap. The candidate will be expected to bring their own expertise to the team covering digital channels, products, payments, authentication and regulation helping to further build on already high performing team. The role will be working with Agile project principles and is heavily collaborative, the candidate will be expected to apply both business and technical competencies to solving problems and delivering success.

As a Future Fraud Strategy Manager your main responsibilities will be

  • Identification of new capabilities and definition of their application to solve new or existing fraud challenges
  • Defining Fraud controls to support Fraud measures and the customer experience
  • Undertaking the Product Owner role for Fraud Products within Agile projects
  • Contributing to the definition and scoping of strategic programmes and key business initiatives.
  • Acting as a Retail Bank Fraud Consultant and specialist to other areas of the Santander Group at a Mid to Senior level

Minimum skills and experience required

  • Strong experience gained within in a Fraud / Risk environment
  • Knowledge of Industry Fraud systems and controls Understanding of IT architecture including Infrastructure, Platform and Software components
  • Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and the product Owner role
  • Strong PC skills and analytical skills
  • Able to organise own workload and meet deadlines
