If a insurance claim has been enter for fire, storm or flood, the insurance company will contact this company and they will supply the workers to fix the residential or commercial building.
The pay will be between £20,000 - £22,000 and working between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Benefits include pension, free parking, 25 days holiday, 8 bank holidays (minus 3 holiday days to xmas shutdown) and if your birthday lands on a week day, your birthday off plus you will receive full training for this role.
Day to day duties:
" You will be spending 80% of your time corresponding between the Insurance Company, the contractors and the person making the claim.
" There will also be visits, arranging contractors, and booking skips, licences plus permits

" Daily running of reports
" Scheduling works for the contractors
" Making sure any excess payments are collected before work starts
" Record, monitor and update all internal and external clients systems on all claims in order to get to invoice stage.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, able to handle a heavy work load, previous experience in a high pressured role, must be able to drive due to location and IT literate.
