About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the effective running of the entire Service Delivery function including; Vendor Support, Auction Support and the Payments Office. You will ensure that customer service excellence is maintained at all times, championing change and ensuring operational excellence, compliance and efficiency.

As the initial point of escalation for all Service Delivery enquiries, you will develop relationships with clients who use the auction centre and identify and develop opportunities to build new business. Whilst enhancing your personal understanding of client needs, you will ensure Service Delivery meets all contractual and quality KPI’s, exceeding client expectations and demonstrating continuous improvement.

About You

So if you are a proven leader who has experience within a customer facing role, resolving customer queries and complaints to a mutual satisfaction, then we would love to hear from you.

We’re looking for an individual who has good analytical skills and the ability to work in line with KPI’s and SLA’s. Comfortable working within rigid regulations and procedures, you will have budgetary and business planning experience and be able to understand and analyse financial reports including analysing data to drive performance. You’ll have strong time management and organisational skills, be flexible and able to use your initiative and have the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising workload and delegating tasks effectively.
