Our client is a forward-thinking social organisation that positively impacts communities. They're also proud to create opportunities that make things happen - for people, families, homes and communities. They're a busy team with lots to do and can only achieve this if they've got the right resources so look for people and partners with as much enthusiasm and passion as they have for making things happen.

They currently have opportunities available for a Customer Service Advisor to join them to deal with all incoming and follow up contact from customers who have an enquiry or a service request; promoting a customer first culture whilst ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained.

Within the roles, you will be expected to liaise with customers directly through a variety of contact methods including Phone, Email, Web-Chat and Facebook, acting as the first point of contact on a day to day basis and ensuring that all enquiries are resolved to a satisfactory outcome as efficiently and effectively as possible.

You must also input, collate and record customer information accurately using a variety of IT systems and ensure that all KPI/SLA targets are actively worked towards and achieved in a positive manner.

With a good standard of education and experience in a customer service environment, you will have a background in the operation of computerised data base systems and strong IT skills in the use of Microsoft office software (specifically Outlook, Word).   Any experience in a call/service centre environment and / or social housing would be beneficial but is not essential.

As well as a competitive salary and a generous holiday entitlement, they offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including a health cash plan, pension scheme, child care vouchers and staff discount club membership. They’ll also make sure you get the training and benefits you deserve.
