Warehouse Operative 
Sutterton, Nr Boston, Lincolnshire 
£8.19 – £8.33 per hour DOE

Our client is a market leader in traditional confectionery. As a result of their ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the smooth running of our client’s Goods In and Goods Out operations.   

Specifically, you will:  

- Load and unload delivery vehicles  
- Pick, pack and despatch customer orders  
- Ensure that stock rotation is followed at all times  
- Locate and log inbound shipments  
- Follow H&S guidelines  
- Keep the department clean and tidy  
- Report any forklift faults  

Interested? To be considered, you will need:  

- Experience within a warehouse environment, ideally food production  
- A full, valid driving licence  

Proactive and focused, as a Warehouse Operative, you will be able to work well, both individually and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude are also key.  

Ideally, you will have completed an RTITB approved course, but this is not essential.

This is a full time role, working 5 x 8 hour shifts over a 7 day working week. Normal working hours are Sunday – Saturday, between 06:00 – 00:00, excluding a 30 minute lunch break.
