Team Logistics Coordinator
-Immediate Start

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding, well regarding company within Gloucestershire for a long term temporary logistics coordinator. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the logistics team and ensuring that the team are working to plan.
Responsibilities include:
* The despatch of goods direct from overseas suppliers to customers
* Raising correct paperwork to meet customer and HMRC requirements
* Allocating order ownership to team members
* Working from an overview of despatches and receipts
* Obtaining transport quotes and delivery proof
* Managing sales orders within the team
* Checking invoices
* Producing on time in full (OTIF) reporting
* Set up new BOMS on the system
* Managing customer information and consignment look up
* Ensuring that paper work meets customs requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in exports and compliant shipping documentation
* Proven experience to lead a team within a logistics department
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft office
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
* Good mathematical skills
