Customer Service - Legal Services

This is a busy and varied role based within a small inbound call environment which handles a large volume of enquiries for legal services.

You will be involved in handling a diverse range of enquiries to establish the legal needs and requirements of potential customers and to liaise with the company's team of lawyers to set up initial appointments. The emphasis is to convert these new enquiries in to new business for the firm.

You will also be involved in sending out and following up on quotations and other related correspondence so you will need to be a proficient typist and accurate record keeper. Above all you will have an excellent, professional telephone manner.
