Junior Sous Chef
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working within a strong and dedicated team in a buzzing kitchen preparing and creating innovative dishes using fresh ingredients. You should have the ability and work ethic to develop and train more junior team whilst delivering a smooth and efficient service.
* At least 2 years within a gastro pub
* Experience cooking from scratch
* Ability to work in an organised and efficient manner
* Drive and ambition to push your career forward
The role:
* A wage of up to GBP9.50 per hour
* Tips and tronc
* Training more junior kitchen team
* Working with fresh seasonal produce
* Catering for tailored events and private functions
* Opportunities for future progression within the company
