Do you have experience of managing multiple installation projects within the playground or construction industry? Are you looking to work for a progressive business with growth plans?
As Project Manager for this global business, you will be managing multiple installations across the Midlands, Norfolk and Suffolk. The majority of work will be for Local Authorities and other Public Sector clients.
Role benefits:

Some of your daily duties will include:
?? Approve and select installation, groundworks & landscaping teams to carry out customer projects on a sub-contract basis ensuring that price, competence, capability, geographical location are considered
?? Maintain and monitor sub-contract teams during project build through daily phone calls, video calls and weekly site visits
?? Identifying and dealing with possible challenges before they arise
?? Provide daily updates to Clients, Area Manager and Project Coordinator
?? Ensure installation deadlines are met
?? Project manage multiple installations
Ideally you will have the following skills/experience:
?? A good knowledge of groundworks, landscaping and/or general construction
?? Experience within the Playground Industry
?? Customer focused and able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision
?? Excellent Communicator and can build relationships with customers and colleagues
?? A positive approach to Health & Safety
?? Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks
?? Computer Literate [Microsoft packages - Word/Excel/Project/Mail Merge]
?? SMSTS - Site Managers Safety Training Scheme
?? CSCS Card
?? RPII Operational Inspector is beneficial
?? Clean Driving licence
This role will suit someone with previous experience as a Contracts Manager, Installations Manager, or projects manager within the playground or construction industry.
