HR Advisor - Bracknell
Permanent - Up to GBP38,000 per annum plus 20% bonus and excellent benefits package
HR Advisor with three years' Generalist experience required by a leading professional services organisation based in Bracknell. The HR Advisor will act as the subject matter expert for Employee Relations cases, including absence and performance management, whilst also providing coaching on HR best practice to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key skills and Experience:
* Minimum of three years' Generalist experience, with a particularly strong background in handling Employee Relation cases; performance management, settlement agreements etc.
* Experience coaching line managers on HR best practice and policies and procedures.
* Exposure to assisting on large-scale change management projects.
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
* Ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
* Good communication, both verbal and written.
Desirable skills:
* Experience working within Professional Services is desirable, however not essential.
