BlueArrow are currently recruiting for an experienced chef/cook for a private and well established Care home group in the Bradford Area.
The Role:
- Preparing, cooking and serving hot and cold meals, as and when required
- Provide for special dietary requirements where necessary and take into account the preferences of individual Clients
- Supervise and instruct Kitchen Staff Members in the use of all equipment and hygiene procedures, giving help and guidance where appropriate.
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant experience with Textured and Modified diets with in the care sector
- Understanding of dietary and nutritional needs
- Holder of Food Safety Level 2 and Cookery qualifications
- Have a current valid Enhanced DBS within 12 months/Able to apply for a Enhanced DBS
