Have you ever thought about a marketing career in the recruitment sector? Are you innovative, creative, entrepreneurial and driven to make a difference to an already great business? We are constantly moving forward and are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager/Marketing Executive who is looking for an opportunity to contribute to the continued success to this business.
There are currently 19,000 recruitment companies in the UK we think that we are refreshingly different and the best in our sector.
Based in Stamford, but working on assignments UK wide and internationally MorePeople have been recruiting in the food, fresh produce, horticulture and retail supply chain for the past 18 years. The business was set up by two passionate foodies who had worked in the retail supply chain for their whole careers. These days, we are a team of 15 and we have a mixture of career recruiters and ex-industry professionals who are all passionate about our sectors and about helping our candidates and clients with the problems of finding the best jobs for the best people.
Our plan is to grow our business and we can only do that with the best people. We are pretty good at marketing but we want to be better.
As the Marketing Manager/Marketing Executive you will be accountable for the marketing strategies of the company, working closely with Directors with marketing initiatives which increase our brand penetration and help create new business opportunities.
You will have the ability to think strategically whilst working operationally to deliver campaigns that you know will appeal to your audiences and you will be given the freedom to create fresh and interesting ideas.
The role will cover press relationships and press releases, generating and writing content for the MorePeople Knowledge Centre, newsletters, assisting with the various events we attend and sponsor through the year, driving our brand, improving our SEO (knowledge of Google Analytics would be a plus), managing social media channels, working with clients and candidates to generate testimonials, running surveys, creating video and infographic content, managing all PR and reporting on marketing successes and budgets.
Ideally you will have understanding of marketing, the food industry, recruitment or a similar professional services sector.
