Part-time Warden based at Callaly Way, Walker, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Warden

* Callaly Way, Walker, Newcastle Upon Tyne

* Part Time, 18.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

* GBP19,086.00 pro rata per annum

As Callaly Way's Warden you will coordinate retirement housing services for the scheme, including monitoring the wellbeing of residents via daily calls and responding to an alarm system to provide assistance in times of emergency or illness. You will organise social activities for tenants, alongside other essential duties such as supervising cleaning, reporting repairs and testing fire alarms and emergency lighting systems.

The successful candidate will have a natural rapport with people, making them feel respected, looked after and at ease, as well as demonstrating a passion for working with older persons, supported by experience in a similar role.
