Summary:
Holt Engineering are actively assisting a market-leading cybersecurity, space and defence engineering business who are looking to hire an experienced Space Systems Engineer on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and knowledgeable professional to work across rare ground-breaking projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* In this role the Space Systems Engineer will have the opportunity to be involved in innovative programmes playing a crucial and increasingly strategic role.
* The key focus of this Systems Engineering role will be to craft and build strategic system architecture roadmaps for senior stakeholders by applying your design skills to business focus areas and future opportunities.
* As a dynamic systems engineer experienced in the space sector you will also be responsible for seeking development solutions and working closely with relevant stakeholders to establish consensus on the viability of solution options.
Requirements:
* While you will already by an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in the space sector, our client requires that you are a UK Citizen and are eligible for full SC Level Security Clearance due to the nature of the role.
* It would be great if you understood NASA or ECSS lifecycles as well as strong experience of requirements capture and modeling.
* A firm understanding of RF Space Systems and related space technologies would be hugely beneficial.
