In this role, you will be responsible for managing the relationships of existing customers, ensuring they have the highest possible success with my client. Your job description will include overseeing the onboarding of new accounts; tracking and monitoring account status and identifying areas for concern; executing internal processes to streamline customer-success work, as well as optimising the customer lifecycle and spotting ways for continuous improvement. Ideally, you will have at least 3-4 years' experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry and will have a good understanding of the market.

Requirements

  1. Commercial Real Estate experience (at least 3-4 years)
  2. Proven experience within a Client facing role
  3. Preferably a degree from a Russell Group University, or equivalent
