This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with an Estate Agency who are looking for a Land & New Homes Consultant in Chertsey. This is a great opportunity to further your career with a leading independent company. Residential Sales/Lettings or Estate Agency experience preferred however not essential.

Duties:

• Review planning applications and manage marketing collateral
• Develop and maintain rapport and relationships with clients
• Prepare comparable reports for Developers
• Deliver high customer service levels
• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
• Work as part of a team
• List an agreed volume of sales
• Assisting management and administrators
• Assist in sales progression

Requirements:

• You must have a full, clean UK licence and own car
• Accountable with good attention to detail
• You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
• Able to identify and up sell business opportunities
• You will be articulate with excellent communication skills
• You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Be calm and positive under pressure
• You will have good interpersonal and people skills
• You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
