We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Credit Analyst to join our team in Bradford.

The Continuous Improvement Credit Analyst Role:
To support CI related activities in the Credit Control Shared Services team, to include process evaluation and report production from SAP. Working with the existing credit management team to recommend and assist implementation of process changes that support efficiency, effectiveness & compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
+ Log and manage all IT service desk tickets
+ Sidetrade super user
+ SAP super user
+ Manage mass IT changes
+ Process evaluation
+ Harmonise processes within Credit Shared Services
+ Provide day to day support to Credit Managers
+ Manage query reporting
+ Month end reporting
+ KPI analysis
+ Risk reporting
+ Supply credit management with monthly KPI data
+ Departmental KPI's, targets and objectives are consistently achieved.
+ Customers are retained and support given to achieve customer growth in line with business targets.
+ Management of system changes and process improvements.
+ Compliance with all company procedures and legislative requirements.
+ The achievement of zero accidents associated with Health & Safety issues.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who demonstrates drives to achieve goals. Safety aware. Committed to supporting, encouraging and developing others. Looks for solutions to problems. Accountable.
You must be numerate and have a reasonable understanding of MS Office packages such as Word and Excel. Highly organised, you will be capable of planning and prioritising your workload efficiently and you will excel when working in a pressured environment. A customer service background would be desirable. Experience of SAP would be advantageous.
